If you suffer from IBS, bloating or digestive issues, you're probably not breaking down your food properly. Our Digest Enzyme has naturally occurring enzymes like Bromelain (from pineapples) and Betaine Hydrochloride which helps you increase your stomach acid - that helps you break down protein. We've also thrown in some Ginger to reduce inflammation. Enzymes work best when taken with food.

As a food supplement for adults, take one (1) tablet with each main meal, to a maximum of three (3) daily or as instructed by a healthcare practitioner.
