Combine 1.5ml of Liquid Biome+ with 10ml of water using the included cup.
Swish
Swish the mixture thoroughly around your mouth for 30 seconds.
Release
Spit out the mixture into the sink.

Oh dear…

I loved the idea of this.
I have issues..
The cup is ‘nicked’ at the edges, which is a tad uncomfortable on the mouth.
The potion collects around the cap and the grooves, which turns black and makes it too difficult to close the bottle, which requires wiping with a cloth every use.
The markings on the cup are barely visible.
The worst problem is, the next morning, there is white clingy ‘slime’ around my mouth, tongue, cheeks and teeth. It won’t rinse off. I need to remove it from my mouth (YukYukkyYuk)
I do believe in your products, but I’m thinking this product requires some refining in various areas.

Very strong tasting

I find the taste overpowering, but at least you can dilute it down with water , my only question is .. is it still effective if you use less ? Least it’s fluoride free
Bottle is a complete pain . Hard to pour a small amount out . A pump would be better . When the residue mouthwash is on the bottle it’s almost impossible to **** the cap back on . I wouldn’t reorder unless there was a change to the packaging.

Awful cap

I do actually love the product ( after finally managing to pour out the correct amount into cup )
However , the cap is awful , very hard to unscrew , and doesn’t close properly in order to shake the bottle , resulting in a lot leaking down the side of bottle or all over my fingers and it’s sticky!
Unless this is changed , unfortunately I won’t be ordering again .

Good stuff

I love the product and will continue using.. but the lid gets sticky and as the product needs shaking I seem to be always cleaning the bottle and lid.. maybe a pump would work better? Also it’s very easy to over pour…

This would have been 5 stars but the top is very difficult to get on and off.
The measurements inside the cup are not very clear.
Otherwise is an excellent product.
Leaves your mouth feeling nice and fresh

Great

It took me a couple of attempts at first to get the ratio right, as I feel you can use slightly less than suggested, but once I had it was great. Great taste, leaves your mouth feeling fresh all day. Love it

Love the mouthwash - great taste and really makes my mouth feel good. Dropping a star for the packaging, its kinda awkward, fiddly cap on the bottle.

Promising

I was away on holiday when this was delivered so have only just started using it. I didn't read the instructions and half filled the metal cup with product. It nearly blew my head off! Fortunately, I then read the correct dosage and have to say it was much better. I feel the colour is a little off putting but that's a minor thing. Early days but I'm hopeful this mouthwash will prove to be effective & beneficial. I love that it receives an excellent rating from Yuka. My last 2 natural mouthwashes (Jason & Vogel) are no longer available so I have been desperate to find a replacement. The taste is fine and my mouth feels fresh after using it. Really, really love the packaging & the little cup, so useful to have the measurement on the side.
