It is a good product. My deep sleep has not improved, but it helped with my Rem sleep!

Good but not great

I was already taking magnesium at bedtime so hoped that adding to this with Sleep Complex might improve my sleep. It doesn’t feel much different, and in fact sometimes has felt as if my sleep is less deep. Not sure that I would buy this again.
